January 16th 2021 will mark the 2nd anniversary of Dads death and due to the current circumstances we as a family won’t be able to do our special “Dads” day like we did last year and what we hoping to carry on in memory of him.It’s a tough month and and as walking helps to clear the mind I’ve decided to take on a virtual Ultra challenge and try and raise some funds for the Pilgrims Hospices .
I pledge to walk 300km throughout January and if possible mainly weather permitting I will push myself to walk 400km.
It’s a tough challenge to take on in the middle of winter but it will be worth it if I can reach my target and give back a tiny piece of what the Pilgrims Hospice did for us.
